| Finally some new Malibus songs! | |
 Please stop by and hear some new tunes! "Top Down" is a fun Hot Rod tune (lyrics courtesy of the Big Kahuna) that will be on the new Malibus CD. There's also a new cover tune - The Four Seasons "Let's Hang On", more of a power pop version of this song that I always loved. In fact I love their arrangement, but could not come close to doing Frankie justice... so it's a power pop acoustic guitar driven song in the Malibus hands. Certainly more of a Malibus vocal arrangement than 4 Seasons. Should be a cheesy video of another new song called "Maui Breeze" within a week or so - so keep a look out for that. New CD (to be called "California Myth") is still a month or so away, but it's getting close to completion. We're pretty excited about this new batch of songs! Hopefully you will be too? I'm also hoping to finish up a couple more cover tunes that were requested a while ago... "Freeway Flyer" and "Let Her Dance" - hope you guys weren't holding your breath...
